Sorry for the delay in posting August! :) Projects have been keeping me busy and I also added some new images to my layout as well as updated images and a new background.
This month features Jeff Parshley, general manager of Fiesta Cantina, walking a bottle of Jose Cuervo. This month was also split onto two pages but you'll have to see the calendar for the full image :) And for those of you who do see the extended 2nd image, look into reflection of the extended
mirror. :) The drink recipe for August we titled, "Man's Best Friend"
That aside, if anyone was under credited for their work on the 2009 calendar it was Jeff Parshley He initially came to myself and APLA with the idea to create a calendar featuring his friends & staff. If it weren't for his relentless persistence, passion, impatience, and ambition this calendar would not have made it to production. If you end up attending the release party on June 1st, please take a chance to thank him for bringing us all together for such a great cause.
Additionally, Jeff has recently brought me a short movie he has written and wants me to be a part of. More details in a future blog.
Currently the calendar has finished printing! The printers used are known for printing commercial quality calendars for Hooters, Eminem, etc.
Check back tomorrow for SEPTEMBER in the 16 month calendar featuring Sammy and Brian Hay. |

you need to work on your photoshop skills guy. its blatently obvious how you dropped that bottle of jose into that first shot, as well as altered down jeff's jaw line on the 2nd shot.
